Lexi began her insurance career in 2020 at Chubb as a Commercial Professional Liability Underwriter. At Chubb, she managed an $8M book of business with 1,400 policies in force across the Pacific and Southwest regions. Her area of focus was on Miscellaneous Professional Liability, Real Estate Professional Liability, Employed Lawyers Professional Liability, and Media Liability products. Lexi placed a great emphasis on thorough, proactive communication, which helped her develop relationships with her assigned brokers. Her analytical and detail-oriented nature contributed to her success as an underwriter, allowing her to exceed targeted retention rates each month.

Following her tenure as a Commercial Underwriter, Lexi transitioned to the High-Net-Worth Personal Insurance sector in 2022. She accepted a position at Lafferty Private Client Group and concurrently became a Partner of Scali Insurance Group. She is passionate about developing personal insurance programs uniquely tailored to each client’s needs. Lexi believes a consultative and collaborative approach with clients is crucial in forming a high-quality personal insurance program.
